On March 21, 2025, the Victory Arts Foundation had the honor of participating in the prestigious Purple Fest 2025, hosted at Rashtrapati Bhavan’s Amrit Udyan. This landmark event, dedicated to promoting neurodiversity and inclusivity, brought together individuals from diverse backgrounds to celebrate the abilities and achievements of Divyangjan (persons with disabilities).
The event was graced by the Honorable President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, who emphasized the need for fostering a society rooted in compassion, social justice, and equality. With over 23,500 attendees, Purple Fest 2025 showcased the growing movement toward an inclusive India.
Victory Foundation, committed to empowering individuals through dance and movement therapy, played a pivotal role in highlighting the therapeutic benefits of movement-based interventions for neurodiverse individuals. Our participation reinforced the importance of dance as a powerful tool for expression, healing, and social inclusion.
A key highlight of the event was the launch of an inclusive Dance and Movement Therapy (DMT) program, supported by Tata Power. This initiative is designed to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of individuals with neurodiverse conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD.
