Alcee Joseph’s journey with Victory Arts Foundation began at Akanksha NGO, an organization working to empower underprivileged girls. Coming from a joint family of people with limited resources, Alcee found her passion in dance when Victory Arts Foundation introduced classes at Akanksha. Her dedication and talent stood out, leading to her selection and rigorous training by Victory’s team.
Over time, her passion grew into a purpose. Once a student learning from Shiamak’s instructors, she has now become an inspiration herself, mentoring countless children across Victory Arts Foundation NGO partnerships. Alcee’s association with Victory Arts Foundation spans more than a decade, and today, she is a vital part of Shiamak India as an Executive – Productions, handling costumes for the Entertainment vertical. Her story is a true reflection of empowerment, demonstrating how dance can open doors to a brighter future.

Kinjal Patel

Kinjal Patel

Kinjal Patel, a dancer with Down syndrome, has been associated with Victory Arts Foundation for over a decade. Her journey began in the regular batches held at Victory Arts Foundation Andheri center, where her talent and love for dance shone brightly.
Despite her developmental challenges, Kinjal has become a prominent face of Victory Arts Foundation, performing in shows and representing the organization in numerous projects. Her family’s unwavering support has helped her pursue her passions not just in dance but also in art, craft, and cooking. A true embodiment of passion and perseverance, Kinjal inspires everyone with her determination and zest for life.

Pallavi joined Victory Arts Foundation in 2016, overcoming challenges posed by Pierre Robin syndrome, a rare genetic disorder. Her passion for dance was evident from her school days, and with Victory Arts Foundation support, she blossomed into a confident performer.
Dance not only boosted her confidence but also gave her a platform to shine. Beyond dance, Pallavi loves traveling and cherishes the friendships and connections she builds through her sessions. Her story is a heartwarming reminder of how determination and a supportive community can help one rise above limitations and thrive.

Mahesh’s journey began at Prerana, an NGO focused on combating human trafficking. Despite facing immense social challenges, his passion for dance caught the attention of Victory Arts Foundation, where he was selected for professional training.
Victory Arts Foundations’s support enabled Mahesh to refine his skills and build a future he once thought unattainable. Today, while pursuing his Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from IGNOU, he continues to work with Prerana, blending his love for dance with his commitment to social change. Mahesh’s story exemplifies resilience, showing how dance can break barriers and pave the way for a brighter tomorrow.

Usaid Shaikh

Usaid Shaikh, a dancer with autism spectrum (AS), found his calling in dance through Victory Arts Foundation on Wheels (VOW). His ability to remember and flawlessly execute every step is a testament to his extraordinary talent. Dance is Usaid’s lifeline, and Shiamak Sir is his role model. Alongside performing, Usaid excels in graphic design, motion graphics, and animation, running his entrepreneurial venture “Tee-shirt Adda,” where he sells handmade customized items. His journey from a passionate dancer to a skilled professional showcases how being different is a strength, making him a true icon of resilience and hard work.

Nilesh Chibade

Nilesh Chibade

Nilesh Chibade’s life transformed through Victory Arts Foundation, where he started as a student at Smile India NGO. Passionate about dance, he worked hard and was awarded a fully sponsored scholarship to Shiamak’s One Year Program (OYP) in 2019-20. This opportunity helped him refine his craft and opened doors to a fulfilling career. From a student to a trainer, Nilesh’s journey with Victory Arts Foundation has been remarkable. He now leads the props production team at Shiamak India and mentors young dancers across Victory Arts Foundation partner NGOs. His story of perseverance and growth showcases how a platform like Victory Arts Foundation can turn potential into excellence, leaving a legacy of inspiration for others to follow.
